This is a demonstration website for a fictional hotel group. Nothing booked here is real, and these terms show where a real hotel’s terms would go.

Flexible rates

Cancel free of charge until 3pm local time, two days before arrival. After that, the first night is charged.

Advance purchase

Paid in full when you book, and non-refundable.

Offers

Each offer has its own terms, shown with the offer.

Children and dogs

Children of all ages are welcome. Dogs are welcome in dog-friendly rooms at the hotels that say so.

Prices

UK prices include VAT. Local tourist taxes in France and Italy are paid at the hotel.
